Payouts from a Topstep funded account
- Your first payout
- (Standard) after earning 5 winning days worth $150+ each, or (Consistency) after 3 trading days while staying within a 40% consistency target
- Frequency
- When you meet it again, the rule for 5 winning days or the 3 day rule applies. It doesn't matter which rule applies.
- Time to process
- Aeropay sends your money as soon as a payout is approved. An ACH payment takes 1-3 working days A wire transfer takes 5-10 working days, while internal approval may take 1-3 working days.

- Each XFA request receives 50% of the balance. The cap ranges from $2,000 up to $6,000, based on the size and path. Your cap doubles if you add a DLL to your Combine purchase.

Rules in effect
- Drawdown
- The Maximum Loss Limit trails the balance at the end of each day. It stops moving once it reaches your starting balance. Real-time unrealized P&L determines whether a breach occurred. You may select a Daily Loss Limit with either the Combine or the Express Funded Account.
- Rule for Consistency
- Under the Combine, you're asked to hold your best single day below 55% of the target profit With the XFA Consistency payout path, the cap for your best day is 40% of total net profit.
- Trading on news
- Trading your full maximum position size into a scheduled major news event is prohibited if done deliberately.
- HFT and scalping
- Scalping algorithms aren’t allowed when they use SIM fills and queue position over hundreds of quick trades.
- EAs and bots
- You may use automated strategies if you meet the conditions. Topstep doesn't help with setup, and errant trades receive no exceptions.
