About propfirms.red
propfirms.red compares published terms from prop trading firms, including what an evaluation costs, what rules close an account, and how payouts work.
What gets compared
One standard sheet covers every firm, and it lists plan sizes, the fee and how billing works, activation fees where they apply, profit targets, drawdowns and their type, and profit splits.
We include payout terms, the consistency rule at firms that have one, and any discount code published by the firm itself. Each number points to the firm page it was taken from.
The sources of every figure
We read the pricing, rules and help pages a firm publishes itself. We take no figures from forums, affiliates and other comparison sites of any kind.
We look at archived copies on the Wayback Machine alongside each firm's live pages to spot rule changes. The rule changes list has a row that quotes the old wording and the new one.
How the cost of getting funded is worked out
The cost calculator totals the evaluation fee for each try you think you'll need, then adds the activation fee paid after you pass. A monthly plan adds a single fee for each month of attempts.
Who pays the site costs
Listing, ranking and reviewing are free for every firm. Every link leads straight to the firm itself, with nothing added. You find the detail in the disclosure.
No advice given
Published terms from prop trading firms are what propfirms.red compares. None of this counts as investment advice. Each evaluation is a simulated account, and most traders do not get a payout.
