Funding Traders rules
- Drawdown
- For 2-Step Pro, the max loss is measured against the starting size and stays fixed (6% on PRO6, 10% on PRO10); it does not trail. Your daily loss limit is measured from the balance you start the day with. With 1-Step Pro, the max loss is 10% and it follows the highest balance.
- Consistency requirement
- For 1-Step Pro funded accounts, your largest profit day must not exceed 50% of the total profit. There is no consistency requirement for 2-Step PRO6 or PRO10. Instant accounts apply 15%.
- Trading news
- News trading during the challenge phase has no restrictions. For funded Pro accounts, trades within 5 minutes of high impact news that are opened, held, or closed may make up no more than 30% of total profits. Any trade kept for at least 5 hours before the release is excluded.
- Trading bots and EAs
- According to the firm’s homepage, MetaTrader 5 provides full EA support.
- Trade copying
- You may manually copy your own trades between your own FundingTraders accounts. Copying manually or through signals to or from another trader’s account is prohibited and results in termination of all accounts.
