Drawdown: Alpha One applies a trailing drawdown of 6% measured from the high-water mark, and it locks at the starting balance once you are up 6%. Static drawdown applies to Alpha Pro and Alpha Swing (6% to 10%), while Alpha Direct has a 5% trailing drawdown.
Consistency requirement: Payouts on demand depend on a best-day rule of 40% (15% on Alpha Direct) and a minimum profit requirement. Bi-weekly schedules don't have to follow the best-day rule.
Trading news: News trading is allowed on Alpha Pro, but affected instruments can't have trades opened or closed from 5 minutes before until 5 minutes after a release. Alpha Swing follows a duration rule, while Alpha Direct applies the 5-minute window.
HFT and scalping: Trades must average more than 2 minutes, and 50% or more of your profit must come from positions kept open past 2 minutes.
Automated bots and EAs: Alpha Direct doesn't allow Expert Advisors. Expert Advisors are supported on MetaTrader 5, according to the site, and checkout includes an EA Use option.
Account limits: The maximum combined allocation for all Alpha Capital accounts is $400,000.
Holding overnight and over the weekend: You can hold positions overnight, but a swap is charged. During evaluation phases, Alpha One, Swing and Pro all allow weekend holds, while the Pro Qualified Account and Alpha Direct do not.
Inactivity: If you place no trade for 30 consecutive days, your account will be deactivated.
