ThinkCapital rules
- Drawdown
- For Bolt, the daily loss limit is 3% of equity, and the 6% max loss limit trails equity. Once equity hits 106% of the starting balance, the floor is locked at the initial balance.
- Consistency requirement
- Bolt caps your best day at 20%, and no one day may make up more than 20% of total profits.
- Trading news
- Bolt, Lightning, Nexus (add-on available) and Dual Step Intraday don't allow it. Dual Step Swing allows it.
- Account limits
- Only one active account per size is allowed, whether Bolt or Bolt Flex. You can buy as many challenges as you like.
- Holding overnight and over the weekend
- With Bolt, you must close positions before the weekend unless you buy the optional Weekend Holding add-on.
ThinkCapital payout terms
- Frequency
- Every 14 days on Bolt and Lightning, and you can add a 7-day or On-Demand option.
- Time needed for processing
- You can expect processing inside three working days, with the money usually landing 24 to 48 hours later
- Smallest payout
- $100
- Split of profits
- 80%
- Ways to get paid
- You can be paid in crypto (USDT, TRC20/ERC20) or through Rise (Riseworks.io). A ThinkMarkets personal live account is also an option, but it is not for US residents
