Rules that apply
- Drawdown
- In the 2-Step Challenge, max loss is 10%, and the daily max loss is 5%. With Futures, the max drawdown trails at the end of day and locks in at the starting balance once that level is reached.
- Rule on consistency
- Under Futures Evaluation, your best day must be no more than 40% of total profit on Growth, and no more than 50% on Pro. Sim-Funded futures accounts have no consistency rule.
- Trading on news
- News trading is restricted only for Standard accounts after you have an FTMO Account, and never during the Evaluation Process. Swing accounts face no restrictions on news. The Futures page lists news trading as allowed.
- How many accounts you can hold
- Under Futures, Evaluations are unlimited, and you can hold up to three Sim-Funded Accounts at a time across Growth and Pro.
- Holding overnight and on weekends
- Overnight and weekend holding is restricted only for Standard accounts with an FTMO Account, and never in the Evaluation Process. Swing accounts don't have those restrictions.
Getting funded in one attempt at the smallest size costs €89. Work out what more tries cost.
